Do I need a special gift or previous experience?
No. That is the foundation of our work: no one is born privileged. Spiritual perceptions are skills that anyone can develop by training the right techniques. The training starts from absolute zero and moves forward step by step to the advanced level.
Is it dangerous? I'm afraid of attracting something negative.
It’s not dangerous. You already leave your body every night while you sleep, and you always come back: the training teaches you to do this with lucidity. Returning to your body depends only on your intention, and you can stop any practice whenever you want. How much time do I need to practice each day?
